Customer Support speaking German or French plus Dutch and English

For our client in Delft we are looking for a customer support employee speaking English and Dutch plus French or German. In this position: • You have direct contact with customers and are the first point of contact for the company; • You will provide support with regards to various issues that occur during the use of ERP solutions and other automated systems which can be done by telephone or online; • You record and report questions in a professional manner; • You discuss problems, customer responses and you will propose solutions in collaboration with your team; • You will develop knowledge of documents and contribute to improving the support processes; • Your advice will ensure that customers use their ERP software optimally; • You will be part of a young team of about 50 people and you will report to the customer support manager. You have the ability to grow into different roles within the organization.


We are looking for someone:
  • Who is service-oriented;
  • Who has completed Bachelor education;
  • Who is a starter in the labor market with no more than 2 years work experience;
  • Who will find it fun and challenging and are able (after an intensive training) to answer technical, financial and substantive issues as give customers advice;
  • Who is a multi-tasker and has good analytical skills;
  • Who is accurate and has an affinity with ICT;
  • You must speak Dutch and English fluently and in addition to that you speak German or French on a near native/native level.

You will receive a competitive salary, based on a 40-hour week, depending on your level of education and work experience. You get a one year contract with view of permanent employment.
