Technical Support Agent

The Technical Support Agent is responsible for resolving the most technically complex support cases for our on premise, hosted and cloud native hotel software solutions.

The Technical Support Agent is responsible for actively monitoring, investigating and providing solutions for incidents involving the IaaS (Windows server management and security) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) environments. 


Monitor and maintain IaaS environment:

  • Windows 2012 Server Management
  • SQL Server 2012 Database Management
  • Monitoring Azure services
  • Manage Azure scalability options

Monitor and maintain PaaS environment:

  • Monitoring Azure databases
  • Monitoring Azure services
  • Manage Azure scalability options
  • Setup automated monitoring / alerts

Other duties:

  • Connect our products with third parties
  • Assist customers with on premise server migrations
  • From time to time other duties as required


  • Fluent in English (written and oral), Dutch preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL server
  • Familiar with Microsoft Azure IAAS and PaaS platform
  • Preferred experience with Azure PaaS environment
  • No 9-5 mentality (includes evening and weekend shifts)
  • Customer service oriented
